Job summary

Ansira is seeking a seasoned Senior QA Engineer to lead quality across 3-tier applications. You will own test plans and automation, drive smoke and regression tests, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure release readiness.

The role requires expertise in QA metrics, defect analysis, and modern automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, Rest Assured, Playwright). You will mentor teams, evaluate risks, and contribute to continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing QA processes across 3-tier applications.
• Ownership of test plans, test cases, and automation suites.
• Ability to drive sign-off for releases and identify root causes in production.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, maintains, and owns test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• Automates smoke and regression tests and performs defect validation.
• Monitors QA and defect metrics, provides risk analysis, and supports sprint planning.
