Job summary

Ansira Partners II is seeking a seasoned Senior QA Engineer to lead QA for 3-tier applications. You will own test plans, craft test cases, and automate smoke and regression tests using Selenium, TestNG, and Rest Assured, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

You will monitor quality metrics, perform defect analysis, and provide risk assessments to ensure on-time, high-quality releases. Sign-off authority rests with you to guarantee the definition of done.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Senior QA Engineer with experience in 3-tier applications.
• Experience in QA automation using Selenium, TestNG, Rest Assured.
• Proficient with bug tracking tools and QA metrics reporting.
• Own test plans, test cases, and quality gates across sprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA processes and own test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• Automate smoke and regression tests; review code and validate defects.
• Monitor QA metrics and perform defect analysis for root cause.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate manual and automated tests.
• Sign off on releases and ensure features meet the definition of done.
• Provide risk analysis and participate in release readiness discussions.
