Formación

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering.
• Comprehensive expertise across Unit, Integration, Functional, E2E, Regression, Security, Performance, Usability, Compatibility, and UAT testing.

Responsabilidades

• Unit Testing: validate functions, test business logic, edge cases, error handling.
• Integration Testing: test frontend-backend, API, DB, third-party integrations, data consistency.
• Functional Testing: verify forms, validations, user actions, authentication and permissions.
• End-to-End Testing: verify critical workflows, data flows, transactions, notifications.
• Regression Testing: retest features after changes, document defects.
• Security Testing: test authentication, authorization, data protection, API access.
• Performance Testing: measure load times, test peak loads, identify bottlenecks.
• Usability and Accessibility Testing: review UX, responsive layouts, keyboard navigation, WCAG.
• Compatibility Testing: test browsers, devices, OS, resolutions.
• UAT: validate features against requirements and client feedback.

Responsibilities

We need a senior QA engineer for our system with 5+ years of experience who will be able to do:

• Unit Testing
  • Validate individual functions and calculations.
  • Test business logic and validation rules.
  • Test edge cases, null values, and invalid inputs.
  • Verify error handling and expected outputs.
• Integration Testing
  • Test frontend and backend integration.
  • Verify API and database interactions.
  • Test third-party integrations.
  • Validate data consistency and error handling between services.
• Functional Testing
  • Test all features against acceptance criteria.
  • Verify forms, validations, and user actions.
  • Test authentication and user permissions.
  • Verify successful and unsuccessful workflows.
• End-to-End (E2E) Testing
  • Test all critical user workflows.
  • Verify data flows correctly across the application.
  • Test successful and failed transactions.
  • Confirm expected results and notifications.
• Regression Testing
  • Retest existing features after code changes.
  • Run regression tests after bug fixes.
  • Verify critical workflows after updates.
  • Document any newly introduced defects.
• Security Testing
  • Test authentication and authorization.
  • Verify role-based access and permissions.
  • Test input validation and common vulnerabilities.
  • Verify sensitive data protection and secure API access.
  • Check session management and access restrictions.
• Performance Testing
  • Measure page load times and API response times.
  • Perform load testing with expected user traffic.
  • Test application behavior under peak loads.
  • Identify bottlenecks and resource usage.
  • Verify recovery after performance failures.
• Usability and Accessibility Testing
  • Review navigation and user experience.
  • Verify responsive layouts and readable content.
  • Test keyboard navigation and screen-reader support.
  • Check accessibility against agreed WCAG criteria.
  • Validate error messages and user feedback.
• Compatibility Testing
  • Test supported browsers and browser versions.
  • Test desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Verify supported operating systems.
  • Check responsive layouts and screen resolutions.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Validate features against business requirements.
  • Execute agreed user acceptance scenarios.
  • Document client feedback and requested corrections.
  • Retest resolved acceptance issues.
  • Obtain formal client approval.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering (required)
