Publicis Production in Bogotá is seeking a Quality Engineer with test automation to strengthen QA processes, design and execute manual and automated tests, and maintain automation infrastructure. You will collaborate with development, product, and operations to ensure quality and reliable software delivery.

The role requires at least 3 years in QA automation, strong automation framework experience, CI/CD integration, and good English (B2+).

Formación

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases, prioritizing automation for coverage.
• Create and maintain test plans, automation suites, and QA artifacts.
• Prepare LOE estimates and status reports with metrics and risks.
• Implement and improve automation frameworks with CI/CD integration.
• Identify quality risks, defects, and process improvement opportunities.
• Research QA automation technologies and strategies for adoption.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring failures and propose mitigations.
• Collaborate with agile teams to define acceptance criteria and testability.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure testability from early stages.
• Share knowledge, mentor junior QA engineers, and lead sessions.
