SoftServe is modernizing a large-scale healthcare platform by building scalable full-stack solutions. You will own engineering initiatives that improve reliability, reduce technical debt, and help deliver secure, maintainable software in a regulated environment.

You''ll collaborate closely with customer engineering teams to create meaningful business impact, design robust REST APIs, and contribute to modernization across Python, Django, React, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes within an Agile setup.

Formación

• Production-grade full-stack apps with Python, Django, and React.
• Frontend proficiency with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• REST APIs, relational databases (MySQL), and performance tuning.
• Hands-on AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience modernizing enterprise apps with complex dependencies.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and maintainability.
• Experience collaborating with distributed Agile teams.
• Healthcare or regulated environments is a plus.

About The Role

In this role, you will contribute to the modernization of a large-scale healthcare platform by building scalable full-stack solutions that support long-term product evolution. You will take ownership of engineering initiatives that improve reliability, reduce technical debt, and help deliver secure, maintainable software in a regulated environment while collaborating closely with customer engineering teams to create meaningful business impact

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Django, and React to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions
• Drive modernization initiatives across the application stack by improving Python, Django, React, databases, and third-party dependencies to reduce technical debt and increase maintainability
• Collaborate with customer engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives while ensuring high engineering standards
• Develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, and modern frontend applications that enhance application performance and user experience
• Improve application reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability through thoughtful code improvements and architectural enhancements
• Support cloud-native deployments using AWS together with containerized environments based on Docker and Kubernetes
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes to improve software quality, delivery efficiency, and deployment consistency
• Perform code reviews, share technical knowledge, and contribute to engineering best practices that strengthen team collaboration and long-term product quality

Requirements

• Strong experience developing production-grade full-stack applications using Python, Django, and React
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend development with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, scalable application architecture, relational databases, MySQL, database migrations, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, automated software delivery, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
• Proven experience modernizing enterprise applications with complex dependency ecosystems
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with a commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable software
• Experience collaborating effectively with distributed Agile teams and customer engineering organizations
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills that support productive teamwork across technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with healthcare, compliance-driven, or other regulated industry products is considered an advantage
