What You’ll Do

• Experiment and Build: Rapidly prototype and iterate on backend solutions, creating POCs to explore new ideas and validate use cases.
• Collaborate Creatively: Partner with frontend developers, ML engineers, and domain experts to design and deliver innovative solutions.
• Integrate Thoughtfully: Integrate AI/ML models into backend systems, optimizing their performance for scalable, real‑world applications.
• Optimize and Secure: Build scalable, secure systems using AWS services and adhere to industry best practices.
• Mentor and Lead: Guide team members, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of curiosity and experimentation.

  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.

Extra skills that can make you stand out

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog).
• Familiarity with conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), Computer Vision or ML based predictive models is nice to have.
• Knowledge of Docker, containerization, and debugging tools.
• Exposure to event‑driven architectures and message queues (e.g., SQS, SNS, Kafka).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Understanding of database optimization and performance tuning for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
