EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Python AI Solution Engineer to design and build production-grade AI/LLM applications using Python in a fast-moving, cloud-based environment.

You will develop RAG pipelines and AI agent architectures, integrate APIs, and deploy AI systems across cloud platforms, collaborating with leadership to guide AI initiatives and ensure scalable, secure solutions.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in production AI and LLM apps.
• Proficiency in Python 3.11/3.12+ as a primary language.
• Experience with LLM applications and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and PydanticAI.
• Knowledge of Hugging Face models/datasets, sentence-transformers, and tokenizers.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Python, RAG, AI agents, APIs, cloud services, system integration, and production deployment with sharp analytical thinking and sound decision-making.
