Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Python Developer (AI) to design scalable backend services and integrate AI capabilities into production systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor peers to raise technical excellence.

You’ll work on resilient architectures, review code, and contribute to planning with a focus on maintainable solutions. Strong Python and React experience plus Git workflows are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a related professional role is expected.
• Expert-level Python for building robust backend services.
• Hands-on experience with React for responsive frontend solutions.
• Solid exposure to AI concepts and tools used to strengthen solution development.
• Working knowledge of database systems for storing, modeling, and retrieving data.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative workflows.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to guide teams and inspire colleagues.
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.

• Design and build scalable, durable software foundations that meet business and technical goals.
