Job summary

MSD in Colombia seeks a Senior Specialist, OR Business Operations & Project Management to coordinate project management, business operations, administrative execution, and the acceleration of priority initiatives across Latin America Outcomes Research.

The role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and external research partners to support timely execution of OR activities, maintaining dashboards, trackers, and governance materials for leadership discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, portfolio coordination, or administration in corporate/matrixed/regulatory environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in parallel.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, and execution discipline.
• Experience preparing executive-ready presentations and decision-support materials.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese; strong cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OR portfolio and project coordination across Latin America, tracking timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables.
• Translate priorities into structured implementation plans; manage cross-country and cross-functional stakeholders and action items.
• Coordinate research partnerships, landscape mapping, data partners, and regional collaboration.
• Prepare executive-ready updates, roadmaps, and materials to improve portfolio visibility and regional execution.
