INGEPSY, a performance marketing agency focused on higher education and nonprofits, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO, and more.

You will lead budgeting, staffing, and process design, partner with finance on profitability, and build scalable PM systems while guiding multiple projects and teams toward on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Formación

• 10+ years in project management with a track record beyond PM execution.
• 5+ years in an agency setting across multiple service lines.
• Experience building or overhauling PM systems and processes.
• Strong financial acumen; comfortable with budgets and profitability.
• Experience with resource and capacity management across projects.
• Clear point of view on how work should run and ability to advocate for it.
• Asana experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with AI productivity tools.
• Experience with cloud hosting platforms and version control.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Build, document, and improve PM systems and processes across Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO, and more.
• Own project budgets and analyze profitability with the finance team.
• Oversee resource and capacity planning across projects and teams.
• Develop cost estimates and project plans with proposal teams.
• Train teams on processes and drive adoption.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and smooth handoffs.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders.
• Align project execution with agency goals and strategy.
