Hourly, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its growing team.

As a Product Owner, you will drive the development and execution of product strategies, manage product lifecycles, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading software solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software product management, a track record of delivering successful products, and a deep understanding of software development lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Be located in Colombia.
• 5+ years of experience in product management in the software industry.
• Proven track record of delivering successful software products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Translating the CEO's strategic vision into a structured roadmap and prioritized backlog
• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development decisions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure product success
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product features and drive the product roadmap
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform product decisions
• Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success
