AgileEngine, a leading software partner for Fortune 500 brands, seeks a Senior Product Owner to own the vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. You will prioritize epics that reduce systemic risk and drive policy and tooling changes.

With a strong AppSec or DevSecOps background, you will lead cross-functional teams, enable adoption, and minimize developer friction across Workstreams 1–5 while aligning security mandates with Agile execution.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner, ideally internal platforms or security tooling.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excel at data-driven decisions and cross-functional leadership without day-to-day direction.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5 to reduce systemic risk.
• Drive adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization.
• Ensure solutions reduce developer friction and enhance internal user journey (ASPM ingestion, AI-SDLC).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. This person prioritizes epics that reduce systemic risk, drives adoption of policy and tooling changes, and ensures new solutions cut developer friction. Strong AppSec or DevSecOps background and cross-functional autonomy are essential.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner, ideally building internal developer platforms, security tooling, or DevSecOps products.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without requiring day-to-day direction.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Prior experience acting as a Product Owner for dedicated infrastructure or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams.
