Truelogic seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of a new suite of AI-powered creative and marketing products. Reporting to the CTO, you will bridge creative services and scalable software by building internal tools for designers and self-serve marketing software for real estate agents.

The ideal candidate blends AI fluency, product intuition, creative judgment, and experience turning agency workflows into scalable software solutions.

Formación

• 5–8+ years of core Product Management experience in SaaS/MarTech.
• Hands-on experience integrating generative AI technologies (LLMs, media generation) into production software.
• Experience collaborating with creative roles (designers, editors, producers) to productize craft-heavy workflows.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery alongside engineering teams and using product analytics platforms.
• Nice-to-have experience in real estate tech, luxury branding, or agency environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end product roadmap for AI-driven tools across internal production teams and self-serve agent platforms.
• Identify and validate actionable generative AI opportunities across text, image, video, and audio; partner with engineering to deploy models into production with quality bars and brand guardrails.
• Map intake-to-delivery workflows with designers and producers to remove bottlenecks; prioritize features that drive listing success.
• Lead sprint planning and discovery while coordinating with executives, legal, studio, and engineering stakeholders.
• Leverage analytics (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) to track usage and guide iterative strategy.
