Job summary

MySavant.ai seeks a Senior Software Engineer – Reliability, Security & Architecture to steward a business-critical internal platform supporting quote tracking, dashboards, carrier procurement, and shipment automation.

You will drive reliability practices, security oversight, and architectural guidance to keep the platform stable, secure, recoverable, and maintainable as it grows. Collaboration across teams and reviewing AI-generated code are key facets of the role.

Qualifications

Advanced English required with strong communication skills.
4+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience reviewing production code for scalability and reliability.
Strong understanding of automated testing, regression testing, test coverage, and CI/CD gates.
Comfortable in AI-assisted development environments and reviewing AI-generated code.
Knowledge of production reliability and incident prevention/recovery.

Responsibilities

Own and improve disaster recovery strategies, including RTO targets and playbooks.
Design and implement security scanning within CI/CD pipelines and remediate findings.
Expand automated testing coverage and enforce testing as a quality gate before releases.
Review AI-generated and human-written code for security, scalability, and maintainability.
Establish engineering standards that balance reliability with rapid iteration.
Guide architectural decisions to maintain availability, security, and recoverability.
