The role spans the full software development lifecycle, working with distributed teams to drive technical excellence through modern practices, automation, and AI-assisted tooling. You will design, build, and optimize scalable web applications, backend services, and data pipelines, leveraging AWS and modern deployment methods.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to design scalable, high-performance systems.
• Strong ownership mindset and mentorship capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise software solutions.
• Build and optimize backend services, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
• Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and modern deployment practices.
• Optimize databases and queries across MySQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
