Monks is seeking a P2P Senior Specialist to support procure-to-pay activities across APAC and EMEA regions. You will ensure supplier invoices, expense claims, and other payables are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance, while supporting regional operations.

You will collaborate with suppliers, purchasers, and finance teams, resolve invoice exceptions, and drive process improvements. A multi-entity background and NetSuite OneWorld experience are highly valued.

Formación

• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable or procure-to-pay experience within a multi-entity environment.
• Degree-level education in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Experience across invoice processing, cash and banking, payments, purchasing support, employee expenses, and vendor management.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs).
• B1-level English proficiency or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Process and oversee supplier invoices, employee expense claims, and related payable transactions across multiple entities.
• Support procure-to-pay processes including requisitions, orders, vendor management, travel and expenses, cash and banking, and payments.
• Partner with suppliers, purchasers, approvers, Finance Controllership, and Procurement to resolve invoice exceptions and ensure timely payment.
• Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of invoice entry, approvals, and payments.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies while maintaining compliance with controls and processes.
• Guide the P2P team in meeting deadlines and processing transactions effectively.
