Bluelight is a leading software consultancy seeking a senior backend-focused engineer to join a rapidly growing remote team. You will contribute to designing and building scalable, low-latency API services in AWS, with a strong emphasis on secure multi-tenant architectures and robust data access patterns.

You should have 5+ years of backend development experience, expert knowledge of Node.js/TypeScript/JavaScript, and hands-on work with PostgreSQL.

• 5+ years professional software development experience (backend-focused).
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience building low-latency API services in AWS.
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Experience building secure multi-tenant environments.
• Overlaps US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
