CBTW Americas in Bogotá is seeking a Senior .NET Tech Lead to design and build backend systems powering AI-driven workflows. You will shape services with LLMs, OCR, and document automation, collaborating with product and engineering to deliver production-ready software.

The role requires 7+ years in backend in C# and .NET, 2+ years frontend with ReactJS, and experience with EF, MS SQL, microservices, Git, CI/CD, and test automation.

Formación

• 7+ years of backend development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• 2+ years frontend development experience with ReactJS.
• Experience with microservices, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Strong debugging, collaboration, and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience with Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, and Windows Services.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build backend systems powering AI-driven legal workflows.
• Develop services involving LLMs, OCR, and document automation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable software.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs.
