CBTW Americas in Bogotá is seeking a Senior .NET Tech Lead to design and build backend systems powering AI-driven workflows. You will shape services with LLMs, OCR, and document automation, collaborating with product and engineering to deliver production-ready software.

The role requires 7+ years in backend in C# and .NET, 2+ years frontend with ReactJS, and experience with EF, MS SQL, microservices, Git, CI/CD, and test automation.

• Strong debugging, collaboration, and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience with Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, and Windows Services.

The role:

As a .NET Tech Lead, you will design and build backend systems that power AI-driven legal workflows. You will work on services involving LLMs, OCR, and document automation, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable software used in production by legal professionals.

We're Looking for:

• 7+ years of professional backend development experience using C# and the .NET ecosystem
• 2+ years of professional frontend development experience using ReactJS
• Strong experience with Entity Framework, MS SQL, and third-party API integrations
• Experience working with microservices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in Agile environments, independently scoping and delivering work
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, and maintaining Windows Services.
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Expertise in object-oriented principles and N-tier architectures.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services and building web applications from scratch.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Strong skills in writing clean, testable, and efficient code.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum), test-driven development, test automation, and continuous delivery.
• Demonstrated experience applying design patterns and software engineering best practices.
