EPAM Systems in Colombia is seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join a dynamic, multinational engineering team. You will build dependable, efficient software and collaborate with experienced engineers in a fast-moving environment that values fresh thinking and professional growth.

Responsibilities include planning, building, and refining web applications, integrating external tools, and maintaining code quality across the lifecycle.

Formación

• Two or more years of active .NET and C# development in real projects.
• Strong JavaScript skills with jQuery experience.
• Proficiency in CSS and HTML for responsive UI across devices.
• Hands-on ASP.NET MVC experience on real projects.
• Clear communication and ability to work in large, multi-location teams.
• English proficiency at or above B2.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, build, examine and resolve issues within web applications, prioritizing performance and stability.
• Introduce new capabilities and refinements to enhance existing products.
• Integrate external tools into the platform to meet changing business needs.
• Follow development guidelines and actively review teammates' code.
• Maintain high-quality output across all development stages.
• Run detailed checks to ensure outputs meet specs and standards.
• Review backlog items in refinements to clarify project needs.
• Reinforce and sustain the technical foundation for future scaling.
• Participate in rotating on-call shifts to resolve urgent issues promptly.
