Insight Global seeks a Backend Developer to modernize enterprise applications from .NET 6 to .NET 10, building and maintaining backend services, APIs, and data access components. You will work in an Agile squad with a Tech Lead, Full Stack Developer, QA Engineer, and SDET resources to deliver scalable solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET, REST APIs, and backend development.
• Experience supporting upgrades, modernization efforts, or platform migrations.
• Experience with Entity Framework and relational databases.
• Experience with AWS-hosted applications and cloud services.
• Familiarity with Auth0, SAML, Identity Server, and auth concepts.
• Understanding CI/CD pipelines, source control, and modern development practices.
• Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and APIs for enterprise applications.
• Support modernization of applications from .NET 6 to .NET 10 with minimal risk.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using C#, .NET, and Entity Framework.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to support React and TypeScript functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to standards and best practices.
• Support CI/CD initiatives, deployments, and release readiness.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily standups.
• Create technical documentation including designs, integration specs, and deployment steps.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and cross-functional collaboration.
