Gorilla Logic is seeking a .NET Technical Engineering Manager / Architect to lead high-performing engineering teams and steer the technical direction of enterprise solutions on the Microsoft stack. You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple engagements, ensuring scalable design and alignment with client objectives.

The ideal candidate has extensive C#, ASP.NET Core, distributed systems experience and a proven track record modernizing legacy applications within enterprise-scale .NET

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with the Microsoft technology stack.
• 3+ years in Engineering Leadership or Solutions Architect roles, leading engineering teams directly.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven experience modernizing legacy applications and leading enterprise-scale .NET initiatives.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2), with direct collaboration with US-based clients.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on technical leadership across engineering teams, participating in architecture discussions, code reviews, and key technical decisions.
• Define and drive architectural standards for solutions built using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Guide teams in implementing modern architecture patterns, including microservices and domain-driven design.
• Lead modernization initiatives, migrating from legacy .NET Framework to .NET Core/.NET 8+.
• Ensure engineering solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
• Champion engineering excellence through CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices.
• Act as primary technical point of contact for clients, communicating risks, trade-offs, and delivery status.
