Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end ML, NLP, LLM, and agentic AI solutions. You will work with state-of-the-art models, optimize inference, and deploy at scale across Databricks, MLflow, and AWS, powering critical products and data-driven decisions.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business goals into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ML deployment experience
• Proficient in NLP/LLM and tokenization
• Hands-on ML models incl. training and evaluation
• Experience wiring LLMs to tools and APIs
• Production ML with Databricks/MLflow and AWS CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Co-define ML/NLP/AI solutions with stakeholders and measurable metrics.
• Build data pipelines and feature workflows with Python, PySpark, Databricks.
• Develop, train, evaluate, and maintain ML/NLP/LLM models incl. Transformers.
• Design agent workflows linking LLMs with tools, APIs and retrieval systems.
• Deploy, monitor, and retrain models on Databricks/MLflow and AWS; expose FastAPI services.
