Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related fields.
• Strong expertise in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
• Extensive experience with MLOps, model deployment, and production ML systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, data processing, and system optimization.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced machine learning systems with focus on scalability and performance.
• Lead technical decisions and provide guidance for ML development initiatives.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in ML best practices and engineering principles.
• Build and optimize ML pipelines, from experimentation to production deployment.
• Drive model performance, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge ML technologies and frameworks to enhance capabilities.
