BairesDev, a global technology partner, is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (Python) to design, train, and deploy models in production. This role emphasizes moving research into scalable, real-world solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

You will build end-to-end ML pipelines, optimize data processing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectures with infrastructure needs. 100% remote, flexible hours, USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ML engineering, data science, or software engineering.
• Proven ability to design, train, and deploy ML models in production.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and DL frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Experience with Databricks for managing ML workloads.
• Strong focus on production system scalability and model performance.
• Excellent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy production ML models and algorithms using Python.
• Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Deploy models at scale using PyTorch and TensorFlow in production environments.
• Monitor model performance and retrain to handle data drift and performance decay.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align model architectures with business goals.
