Ubiquity seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Bogotá to design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models addressing complex business problems and driving innovation across products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers, shaping AI-driven solutions.

The role requires a strong background in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), plus experience with cloud platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS, Engineering, Statistics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure or GCP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ML use cases.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve ML solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest ML technologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver business-driven AI solutions.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new Machine Learning Engineers.
