Red Hat Colombia S.A.S. seeks a Middleware Architect with OpenShift expertise to assess legacy systems and deliver architecture strategies. You will leverage APIs, microservices, and container tech to enable rapid service delivery and cloud migration in Colombia.

You will guide projects across engineering, consulting, and sales teams, collaborating with global Red Hat teams to modernize enterprise architectures and drive DX for clients in the region.

Competenze

• 8+ years of enterprise customer experience
• Senior post-sales/consulting experience solving customer issues
• Excellent English communication
• Proven relationships at technical and executive levels
• Strong web services and microservices knowledge
• Experience with Camel and Kafka
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Open source passion

• Analyze business and IT needs to propose optimal solutions
• Regularly communicate with customers to build trust
• Provide technical leadership in architectural design of solutions
