Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc in Colombia seeks a Senior Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer to build and operate secure, scalable cloud and Kubernetes platforms. You will drive CI/CD, GitOps workflows, observability, and infrastructure as code to improve reliability.

You will partner with engineers to deliver automation, container hardening, and scalable deployment patterns across AKS, Terraform, Docker, and ARM templates. Strong collaboration and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure services (compute, storage, networking, databases).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with Kubernetes on Azure (AKS), including deployment, scaling, and operations.
• Strong infrastructure as code skills with Terraform or ARM templates.
• Containerization expertise with Docker, including security and optimization.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging for observability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design Azure infrastructure architectures across compute, storage, networking, and data services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes using Azure DevOps.
• Deploy, manage, and scale AKS clusters with secure networking and storage.
• Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform or ARM templates.
• Create Helm charts to package Kubernetes applications.
• Harden and optimize Docker images and container builds.
• Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting for observability and reliability.
• Automate operational tasks with scripts to increase consistency.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot production issues and improve resilience.
• Enforce Git-based workflows and change management for controlled deployments.
