Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer in Colombia to design, implement, and operate scalable systems with emphasis on automation, observability, and reliability. You will advance CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response while guiding a growing team of engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in DevOps or platform engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and managing teams.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Framework and C# to support existing apps.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with TeamCity for CI pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Exposure to AI-assisted engineering tools in DevOps.
