Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia is seeking an experienced Sales professional to support the Hospital/Hospital Systems team. This role focuses on implementing effective sales programs, driving customer engagement, and maintaining accurate sales reporting in a commission-based environment.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree, 5–6 years in healthcare sales, and strong analytical skills. Travel is required to support growth in the Colombian hospital market.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Specialization or postgraduate training in healthcare/business management.
• 5–6 years of sales/commercial experience in healthcare or medical devices.
• Experience in hospital sector sales is preferred.
• Intermediate English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of cost-effective, results-driven programs for Clinical Sales Hospital/Hospital Systems.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to improve strategies.
• Maintain customer accounts and sales pipeline reports for informed decisions.
• Communicate product information, launches, policies, and guidelines across the sales org.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sales initiatives and achieve objectives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare business reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and healthcare stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on processes and tools.
