About this position

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mobile Developer specializing in native mobile applications, with a primary focus on Android development using Kotlin and a strong background in iOS development with Objective-C. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance native applications that serve thousands of consumers across various countries and continents. Your deep expertise in mobile development, combined with your experience in analytics implementation, production support, and leadership in multi-technology team collaborations, will be essential for our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a multidisciplinary team in the development of native Android, iOS, and Web applications for a global customer base.
• Design, develop, and optimize native mobile applications, with a strong emphasis on Android/Kotlin while maintaining proficiency in iOS/Objective-C.
• Implement Analytics tracking for mobile applications using tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Segment to enhance user engagement and experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design comprehensive solutions, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Establish and enforce best practices in software development, focusing on security, performance, scalability, and code quality.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production mobile applications, including analyzing crash reports, investigating user-reported issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes to ensure application stability and a high-quality user experience.
• Work closely with product, QA, and support teams to prioritize and resolve production incidents and customer-facing issues.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance application capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in mobile development, with a strong emphasis on Android/Kotlin and a good understanding of iOS development using Objective-C.
• Proven experience with mobile applications deployed to production and published on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Hands‑on experience supporting production environments, including crash analysis, user feedback investigation, troubleshooting real‑world issues, and delivering timely resolutions.
• Experience using crash monitoring and performance tools such as Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, Datadog, New Relic, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Analytics implementation (tagging, custom events, event tracking).
• In‑depth knowledge of mobile development frameworks, design patterns, architecture principles, and best practices.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in mobile applications and distributed systems.
• Expertise in leveraging AI tools to accelerate the learning, analysis, development, and testing of software projects.
• Advanced or fluent English skills to facilitate effective communication with global teams.
• Demonstrated experience working with multi‑technology teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of application performance optimization, mobile security, and user experience best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large‑scale consumer applications with high traffic and global user bases.
• Experience with modern Android and iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience integrating third‑party services, APIs, and SDKs.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and mobile test automation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and backend integrations.
