Job summary

GIGA IT is seeking a QA Manual Senior to join a technology and event production team with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. The role focuses on designing test plans, executing manual and automated tests, and collaborating with developers to improve product quality across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong manual QA experience, Rails UI/UX testing, and experience validating events via Kafka.

Qualifications

• Manual QA experience across web and mobile
• Exploratory testing of UI/UX in Rails apps
• End-to-end validation across RoR, Salesforce, Sage ERP
• Functional and non-functional testing across native/hybrid mobile apps
• Ability to define DoD, acceptance criteria and refine user stories
• English language proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans to ensure software quality.
• Develop and maintain automated tests.
• Identify and report bugs and performance issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and improve product quality.
