BairesDev in Colombia offers a Senior Java Tech Lead role where you are hands-on and lead a reactive platform using Spring Reactive microservices, Kafka, and API contracts. You will mentor engineers and shape deployment practices including CI/CD on cloud and Kubernetes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software engineering, Spring Boot Reactive, Kafka, Angular 18, TypeScript, and DDD with cloud-native experience. This is a fully remote role with USD or local currency compensation.

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Spring Boot with Spring Reactive expertise.
• Hands-on Kafka or comparable messaging platform.
• Experience with Angular 18 and TypeScript.
• Solid Domain-Driven Design background.
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native architecture.
• Upper-intermediate English for cross-team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own service architecture and API contracts for a reactive platform.
• Enforce Domain-Driven Design across the engineering team.
• Integrate frontend apps with Spring Reactive microservices via Kafka.
• Set standards for testing, code reviews, observability, and security.
• Guide CI/CD deployment on cloud and Kubernetes, and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to clarify requirements.
