BairesDev is seeking a Senior Java Tech Lead to own a reactive, event-driven platform, architect services, API contracts, and enforce Domain-Driven Design. You will integrate frontend apps with Spring Reactive microservices streaming through Kafka and set engineering standards across testing, reviews, observability, and security.

You will guide deployments, mentor engineers, and partner with product stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into deliverables.

Formación

7+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Reactive.
Hands-on Kafka or comparable messaging platform experience.
Experience with Angular 18 and TypeScript.
Solid background in Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Experience with microservices and cloud-native architecture.

Responsabilidades

Own service architecture and API contracts for a reactive platform.
Enforce Domain-Driven Design principles across the team.
Integrate frontend applications with Spring Reactive microservices using Kafka.
Set engineering standards for testing, code reviews, observability, and security.
Guide deployment and release practices, including CI/CD on cloud and Kubernetes.
Mentor engineers and partner with product stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into deliverables.
