JobCubby is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer in Bogotá to design, build, and maintain robust backend systems using Java 17+, Spring Framework, and Spring Batch. You will optimize data access with Oracle DB, manage migrations with Flyway, and shape CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, while applying SOLID and clean code practices.

Formación

• Strong experience with Java 17 or higher.
• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Batch (2.x or higher).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and SQL.
• CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Flyway for migrations.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket and code reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Framework technologies.
• Develop and optimize batch processing solutions using Spring Batch.
• Build and maintain data access layers and SQL logic using Oracle Database.
• Manage database schema changes and version control through Flyway.
• Utilize Bitbucket for source code management, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Apply SOLID principles and clean code practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Leverage prompt engineering techniques and LLMs to support development and troubleshooting activities.
• Track and manage requirements, tasks, and deliverables using Jira.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
