Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex needs into clear requirements and aligning with strategic goals to deliver impactful software solutions.

You will lead requirements workshops, design user stories with acceptance criteria, coordinate UAT, and participate in Agile ceremonies. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and competitive USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a related IT field.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT coordination.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and backlog refinement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
