Medtronic is seeking a Sr IT Architect to drive enterprise and solution architecture for manufacturing and operations, guiding digital transformation across global teams. This remote role prioritizes candidates in Bogotá or nearby areas in Colombia, with strong AWS, Industry 4.0, and cloud integration expertise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and enterprise/solution architecture experience.
• Experience with EA and SA frameworks.
• Experience with MES/MIS and manufacturing tech.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms, SAP preferred.
• Experience with Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0 and integration initiatives.
• Experience with data integration, cloud and hybrid architectures.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Exposure to Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
• Understanding of network security and cybersecurity principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• English proficiency at C1-C2.
• Experience with global/regulatory environments desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design and govern enterprise and solution architecture aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Support manufacturing digitalization leveraging MES/MIS platforms and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Develop architecture proposals, technical designs, and integration strategies for new technology solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support cloud and hybrid architecture environments, primarily leveraging AWS technologies.
• Present and defend architecture recommendations through governance and architecture review processes.
