Applaudo in Colombia seeks an experienced iOS Developer to build polished native apps with a focus on scalable architectures, performance, and security.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into high‑quality user experiences, applying MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles while refactoring for maintainability. Strong English communication with US stakeholders is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine.
• Solid knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and mobile design patterns.
• Experience building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing native iOS apps.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Build, enhance, and maintain native iOS applications following Apple Human Interface Guidelines and industry best practices.
• Design and implement scalable, clean, and maintainable mobile architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Designers, and Product Managers to deliver high-value features efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, refactoring, and documentation to ensure high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, stability, and scalability issues to ensure optimal user experiences.
• Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies and support alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Promote engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
