EPAM Systems is looking for a seasoned Identity and Access Management Engineer based in Colombia. You will lead efforts in designing, implementing, and optimizing identity solutions. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years’ experience in Identity and Access Management, proficiency in SSO, MFA and authentication protocols. Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management or related roles.
• Expertise in Identity Management tools, SSO integration and Multi‑Factor Authentication solutions.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols including SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.

Responsabilidades

• Implement SSO solutions for various applications using industry-standard protocols such as SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Oversee authentication token lifecycle management, including issuance, validation, renewal and revocation.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to align identity solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms.

We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management Engineer to lead efforts in designing, implementing and optimizing our identity solutions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Identity Management, SSO, MFA and protocol integrations, ensuring secure and seamless access for both internal and external platforms.

Responsibilities

• Implement SSO solutions for various applications using industry-standard protocols such as SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect
• Oversee authentication token lifecycle management, including issuance, validation, renewal and revocation
• Integrate and support identity protocols to enable seamless interoperability across diverse systems
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to align identity solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms
• Ensure adherence to security standards, regulatory requirements and organizational policies in all integrations
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to authentication, authorization and SSO configurations
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations and troubleshooting steps
• Research emerging identity technologies and propose solutions for improved security and efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management or related roles
• Expertise in Identity Management tools, SSO integration and Multi‑Factor Authentication solutions
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols including SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
• Competency in implementing and optimizing solutions in platforms like Auth0 including addressing realignment needs
• Background in collaborating with integration teams to ensure seamless application of identity standards across various platforms
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
