EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced IAM Engineering Manager to lead the migration of workforce identity from Okta Workforce Identity to Microsoft Entra ID for a large application portfolio.

You will shape architecture, standards, and escalation paths, solve federation challenges, and guide end-to-end migration quality. You will design and validate SAML and OpenID Connect configurations, oversee conditional access, and drive Zero Trust goals across multiple applications with global teams.

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on identity engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the migration architecture and technical strategy for transitioning identity provider capabilities from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID.
