BairesDev is a global technology company, and we are seeking a Senior GRC Analyst to lead governance, risk, and compliance efforts to protect our assets and data while aligning with regulatory requirements and global standards.

You will design risk assessments, map controls, update security policies, coordinate audits, and guide remediation with technical teams; English proficiency is essential to collaborate with our distributed, remote-first team.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Information Security.
• Expertise in managing compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI.
• Hands-on experience conducting risk assessments, control mapping, and internal audits.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Experience providing remediation guidance and managing the incident lifecycle.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
