The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its Integrated Marketing team. You will deliver high-volume design work across digital and print, while maintaining brand consistency and contributing to design systems.

This role emphasizes collaboration with international teams and efficient project management in a remote LATAM setting. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in graphic design, strong Figma skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent English

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design roles.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components and auto layout.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient with Asana or equivalent project management tools.
• B2+ level of English (written and spoken) for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Produce polished design assets across digital and print formats.
• Develop and maintain design files, components, and shared assets in Figma.
• Support project coordination using Asana, including task tracking and timelines.
• Uphold brand consistency across outputs and contribute to design-systems development.
• Assist team members navigating shared design resources.
