Philip Morris International in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Government Affairs Senior Manager to shape external policy and regulatory engagement across the region. You will develop and execute strategies, build trusted relationships with officials and stakeholders, and advise senior leaders on policy matters.

You will lead advocacy efforts, monitor regulatory developments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive PMI's smoke-free vision.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred (Public Policy, International Affairs, Government Relations, MBA or equivalent).
• 12+ years of experience in Government Affairs, Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Public Policy or External Relations.
• Proven experience engaging with senior government officials, regulators and policymakers.
• Strong background operating in regional or multi-country environments.
• Experience within highly regulated industries is highly preferred.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
• Availability to travel frequently across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute government affairs and public policy strategies aligned with PMI's priorities.
• Build relationships with government officials, policymakers, regulators, industry associations, chambers of commerce and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor political, legislative and regulatory developments, identifying risks and opportunities that may impact the business.
• Lead advocacy initiatives and public policy engagement efforts across the region.
• Advise senior business leaders on government affairs, policy and regulatory matters.
• Represent PMI in high-level external engagements and industry forums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Fiscal Affairs, Legal, Communications, Compliance, Sustainability and Commercial teams.
• Lead, coach and develop Corporate Affairs talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and innovation.
