CI&T in Colombia is seeking a senior software architect to lead teams in defining scalable, secure solutions and architectures.

You will participate in design reviews, maintain the product backlog with squads, ensure security and performance best practices, and mentor junior engineers while embracing new frameworks. Strong experience with web stack and CI/CD is expected; CI&T offers health benefits and continuous learning.

• Lead and train other developers, mapping succession plans and providing technical guidance.
• Solid experience in software architecture design and technical leadership.
• Comfort with learning new frameworks and technologies.
• Experience designing software architecture and selecting appropriate frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead technically the team and enable the development team to build, enhance, and maintain applications.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions.
• Create and maintain the product backlog, breaking down user stories into tasks with the client.
• Ensure solutions follow security and performance best practices.
• Create and maintain design documentation for clients.
• Communicate with customer teams to discuss technical solutions.
• Understand requirements and select viable technical solutions and frameworks.
• Guarantee a stable and productive development environment.
