AgileEngine is seeking a skilled Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend. You will drive architecture, mentorship, and deliver high-quality RESTful APIs.

Lead with a backend-heavy mindset, implement domain-driven design, and ensure robust integration between backend and frontend while promoting best practices and agile methods across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership as Tech Lead or Squad Lead.
• Advanced Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with 6+ years of experience.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and architectural thinking.
• Domain-Driven Design with strong bounded contexts.
• RESTful services expertise and relational DBs (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Execution: guide squad and maintain high engineering standards.
• Core Development: design and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend Integration: build and maintain the Angular frontend and ensure UI-backend cohesion.
• Modernizing Architecture: promote domain-driven design and bounded contexts.
• API Excellence: architect RESTful APIs with clean, scalable patterns.
• Team Mentorship & Agile Practices: motivate the team, mentor juniors, and uphold agile practices.
• Strategic Pushback: advocate for best practices and architectural integrity.
