AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend. You will lead technical delivery, drive architecture, and mentor engineers across a dynamic, product-focused environment.

The role emphasizes a backend-heavy focus, RESTful API excellence, and domain-driven design, with opportunities to influence scalable platforms and modernize legacy structures.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring track record.
• 6+ years in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and architectural awareness.
• Deep Domain-Driven Design with bounded contexts.
• RESTful services design and consumption with standard APIs.
• Relational DB experience: PostgreSQL, Oracle; JPA/Hibernate.
• Backend-focused mindset with solid engineering practices.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Leadership & ensure high engineering standards.
• Design and implement backend services with Java/Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain the Angular frontend to integrate with backend.
• Lead architectural modernization toward a domain-driven structure (DDD).
• Architect RESTful APIs with clean, scalable patterns.
• Mentor team members and promote agile practices.
• Assert and defend best practices and architectural integrity.
