CI&T Software S.A. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Oracle Developer in Colombia to join multidisciplinary teams and deliver robust, high-impact software solutions. You will work in an agile environment, transforming business needs into scalable software while focusing on performance and UX.

Formación

• Advanced English required.
• Solid experience in Oracle Database development and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks/languages (React/Angular/Vue/JS/TS) or Oracle APEX.
• Strong knowledge in developing and consuming RESTful/SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of OO programming, design patterns and data structures.
• Experience with version control tools (GitHub/GitLab/Git).

• Model and optimize Oracle relational databases with complex queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers (PL/SQL).
• Design and implement RESTful/SOAP APIs for integration between legacy systems and modern platforms.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with strong UX focus.
• Perform SQL performance tuning and incident troubleshooting across DB and app layers.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with product owners, architects, and designers.
• Ensure code quality via unit/integration testing and code reviews.
• Apply clean architecture, security, and best practice principles.

We are looking for a Full Stack Oracle Developer to join our multidisciplinary teams and work on building, evolving, and maintaining robust, high-impact solutions.

You will work in an agile (Lean/Agile), collaborative, and challenging environment, using engineering best practices to transform business needs into efficient and scalable software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using Oracle backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks;
• Model, optimize, and manipulate Oracle relational databases, creating and maintaining complex queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers (PL/SQL);
• Design and implement RESTful/SOAP APIs for integration between legacy systems and modern platforms;
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces focused on user experience (UX);
• Perform performance analysis, SQL query tuning, and critical incident troubleshooting across database and application layers;
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Dailies, Planning, Review, Retrospective) and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Designers;
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews;
• Apply clean architecture principles, software security, and engineering best practices.

What We Are Looking For (Required Qualifications)

Qualifications

• Advanced English
• Backend & Database: Solid experience in Oracle Database development and PL/SQL programming;
• Frontend: Proficiency in modern frameworks and languages (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Oracle APEX);
• Integrations: Strong knowledge in developing and consuming RESTful / SOAP APIs;
• Architecture & Engineering: Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures;
• Version Control: Practical experience with version control tools (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle APEX (Application Express) and Oracle JET;
• Knowledge of cloud services (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.);
• Official Oracle certifications (PL/SQL, Database, or OCI);
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and Lean culture.
