Monks Technology Services, part of Media.Monks and S4 Capital, is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer (Python + React) in Colombia to join a new product team and build high-quality software from the ground up. You will own features across the database, backend, and UI while collaborating with product managers and senior engineers to shape architecture and bring the product vision to life.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience building complex, large-scale applications; 14+ years preferred.
• 3+ years of professional Python experience building production-grade APIs and backend services.
• 3+ years of professional React experience, including strong knowledge of modern frameworks, state management, UI libraries, and testing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Build maintainable backend services and APIs in Python and modern user experiences in React, with a balanced focus across the stack.
• Collaborate with Staff Engineers and Product Managers to define and refine the architecture of a new product.
• Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of features from concept through production.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
• Translate business needs and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Identify technical challenges proactively and drive practical solutions with minimal oversight.
