Roca Alliances is hiring Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to join Upshop, a SaaS platform for modernizing fresh food operations. You will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native solutions on Azure with C#, Angular frontend, and .NET MAUI for mobile.

You will work with a globally distributed team, apply design patterns, and leverage AI-driven tooling to improve productivity and code quality, while collaborating with product owners and QA in an Agile environment based in Medellín.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of enterprise software engineering experience (C#, Java, Python, Rust, Go, NodeJS).
• End-to-end development across UI, application, and database tiers.
• Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, concurrency.
• Experience with REST API design, security (OAuth2, JWT), and cloud-native architecture.
• Eagerness to learn new languages, frameworks, and tools; strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance applications using C#/.NET Core, Azure Functions, and Azure services.
• Apply design patterns, clean architecture, and CS fundamentals to build scalable solutions.
• Leverage AI tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps in Agile environment (two-week sprints).
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers.
• Write unit and integration tests for quality.
