Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Bogotá. You will design, develop, and optimize frontend and backend systems to enable AI-powered content co-authoring and workflow automation.

You will work with Next.js, React, TypeScript, FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and cloud-native tools, deliver scalable APIs, implement secure auth, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product and AI teams.

Formación

• 8+ years of Full Stack software development experience.
• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript.
• Backend: FastAPI, Python; Node.js/Flask acceptable.
• Experience building scalable web apps and API-driven systems.
• Knowledge of security: authentication & authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop frontend apps using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Build AI-powered content authoring experiences and scoring interfaces.
• Design and optimize backend services and APIs with FastAPI.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions (OpenAI APIs, GPT-4o, LangChain).
• Manage data storage with PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
• Implement secure authentication (OAuth, JWT).
• Improve performance via API optimization, caching, scalable architecture.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Containerize apps with Docker and deploy via Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and audit capabilities for compliance.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices across teams.
